Eurostop wins Retail Systems Award

We were delighted to win ‘Technology Vendor of the Year’ at this year’s prestigious Retail Systems Awards, held on 15 October 2015 at the fantastic venue of the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square. This year the event celebrated its 10th anniversary, marked by the increased number of attendees and the highest number of award entries since it started. It shows not only how important the role of technology is for retail success, but also makes our achievement even more noteworthy. With an independent judging panel, comprising senior personnel from some of the top companies in the retail industry and the editor of Retail Systems, the awards recognise the importance that retailers place on back office, e-commerce and digital systems. Attending the event, there is no doubt that all of the category winners demonstrated excellence in their application of technology in the sector. For us, the vendor of the year award recognises the breadth and knowledge that we have as a technology provider to the retail industry. It endorses the innovation and flexible approach that we have applied to meet our customers’ different requirements, enabling them to focus on what they do best, sourcing and selling the best products and providing great customer service. We have many customer examples, but some that we highlighted included providing a system to manage sales of thousands of items per week in store and online for Gaynor Sports, extending a customer service ethos for Jules B’s online store, enabling Trespass to comply with retail fiscal tax systems in Poland and Slovakia and supporting large scale EPoS implementations for two sports retailers in China, Erke and Anta Sportswear. We are proud of what we have achieved as a team in the last 25 years of providing end-to-end omni-channel solutions for our customers. Our ethos has always been to work with our customers to understand the challenges that they face in a highly competitive retail environment and apply our technology expertise to solve them. If our customers are winning, then so are we. Richard Loh, Managing Director
