Telesales
Eurostop provides Retail Solutions to major and well-known retailers on the high street, both in the UK and internationally. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our London Head Office (Ealing, office based) to contribute in generating new leads for our company. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
This person must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers to introduce our products and/or services
- Arrange appointments for business development managers
- Answer questions about products offered by the company
- Direct prospects to the sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information into CRM system (Salesforce)
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information into CRM system (Salesforce)
- Update the company calendar with new meetings and ensure Sales team are available for appointments.
- Go the “extra mile” to bring in new business to the company
Required skills
- Proven experience as a telesales representative
- Proven track record of successfully achieving call and appointment targets
- Ability to think creatively of how to achieve the call and appointment targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good command of the English language
- Good IT skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of a CRM system ideally Salesforce
- Travelling to client site from time to time
- Experience in the Fashion, Footwear, Lifestyle industry working in Head Office is an advantage
