Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Co-ordinator to contribute in generating leads for our company. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

This person must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Working hours

10.00 – 15.00




  • Contact potential or existing customers to sell them our products and/or services
  • Arrange appointments for business development managers
  • Answer questions about products offered or the company
  • Direct prospects to the sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in Salesforce
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in Salesforce
  • Go the “extra mile” bring in new business to the company

  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as telesales representative
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting call and appointment targets
  • Good IT skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
