Software Application Developer

Location: Ealing, London

This role includes

  • Development on all the company’s main product lines
  • Involvement with full SDLC
  • AGILE environment

Essential skills required

  • 3 years’ + professional C# development experience using ASP .NET MVC and Angular
  • Good T-SQL skills and experience with working with C# and MS-SQL Server
  • Working with multi-threaded apps

Desirable optional skills

  • Experience of using entity framework or Castle Windsor
  • Experience with WPF desktop development
  • Experience of mobile app development

SQL Developer

Location: Ealing, London

This role includes

  • SQL development on all the company’s main product lines
  • SQL development on a variety of client projects
  • BI development on all the company’s main product lines
  • DBA work on a variety of client servers
  • Collaborative work with Application Developers
  • Meeting clients and obtaining specifications
  • Attending client site visits

Essential skills required

  • 3 years + SQL development experience with a Microsoft SQL Server

Business Support Analyst

Location: Ealing, London

As a Business Support Analyst, you will work to support the Projects Team and Eurostop customers. This role provides support in analysing system requirements and assisting on the Helpdesk. Shift and weekend work may be required and will be planned in advance. This candidate must also be willing to travel internationally for work in the Singapore and Hong Kong offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose and document solutions to user requirements, both internally and from clients, via storyboards or other relevant types of documentation
  • Where required, carry out task analysis and evaluation of surveys and workshop results
  • In response to change requests, document any identified required changes
  • Use all resources at an advanced level to create/advise and communicate with relevant personnel solutions, enabling the teams to better meet their goals
  • Train staff in how to use new features and systems
  • Produce product manuals and documentation
  • Carry out customer upgrades
  • Assist on the Support Helpdesk

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong educational background
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Sales Executive

Location: Ealing, London

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and driving opportunities to successful closes. With a background and good understanding in the Supply Chain industry, you will position Eurostop to targeted customers and net new opportunities. You must be capable of developing relationships with the key decision makers and driving sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement and value selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for retail solution sales within specific industries. Fashion, Footwear and General Merchandise.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of business solutions to address business pains and strategies of the above industry segments across the supply chain and relevant technologies.
  • Interaction with prospects to sell solutions and pursue net new business – this includes telemarketing and other lead generation and networking methods.
  • Exceed sales quota – maintain forecast, pipeline and status updates in CRM (salesforce.com).
  • Manage complex sales cycles while working with teams across Eurostop.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all functional areas to maximise the opportunity to drive business growth within our account base.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of successful enterprise, EPOS or similar software sales
  • Demonstrated history of selling complex solutions.
  • Hunter-mentality, able to win net new business.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C-level executives.
  • Extremely proficient at bringing in new business.
  • Ability to develop meaningful business relationships at senior level.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Possess strong communication skills, both in presentation and written format.
  • IT literate, with good desktop publishing skills.

Senior Software Analyst programmer

Location: West London, UK. This is a London, UK based position which may require some travel within the UK to client sites.

This role is a team position in our applications development team which develops all our software products. The role gives access to the full SDLC and covers the whole architecture from front-end to back-end.

This role involves

  • Assessing and reviewing requirements
  • Systems design / feasibility study
  • Producing technical specifications
  • Estimating work
  • Participating in software development sprints
  • Unit testing
  • Performance testing

This role involves

  • 2-3 years’ experience with developing ASP.NET MVC applications
  • A high standard of skill working with SQL Server back-ends
  • Experience with Angular, WebAPI
  • Experience with TFS or other source control / ALM
  • Working in an AGILE environment
  • Experience with low-latency application design under conditions of high concurrency and large data

Desirable

  • IT / computer science degree
  • Experience with Azure
