Eurostop launches queue busting Express Checkout kiosk solution
Mobile technology helps cut Christmas queues for Eurostop customers
Eurostop, a leading supplier to the fashion, footwear and lifestyle sectors has announced the availability of its Express Checkout . This is a kiosk solution that enables retailers to add pop-up tills to the shop floor to cope at busy times. Express Checkout is a turnkey package solution which consists of Eurostop’s marketing leading m‑pos mobile POS solution, a touch screen tablet, a network receipt printer (although email receipts are also available), a wireless barcode scanner and a chip and PIN payment terminal. The kiosk itself can be branded to match the retailer’s interior shop fit and is collapsible so can be stored away easily when not in use.
Express Checkout is available in conjunction with Eurostop’s paperless receipts solution, helping retailers to reach out to their customers after the sale. At checkout, customers are offered the option to receive their receipt via email. This enables the retailer to connect with the customer via email and then to send additional information with the receipt based on the item purchased, the location of the store and many other variables. This puts an end to lost receipts for the shopper, making returns and refunds much easier for both the customer and the retailer.
