Independent bike retailer supports expansion plans with investment in new retail system
Eurostop, a leading supplier of retail management systems, has been selected by Ride, an independent specialist cycle shop in Newcastle Upon Tyne, for its retail solution. Ride is using Eurostop’s e-rmis for the back office functions and e-pos in store. The store sells a wide range of bikes, clothing, cycling accessories, upgrades and spares with a workshop for repairs, custom builds and a wheel building service. Since using the new system, the store is able to provide a vastly improved customer service through improved stock management.
