Mer & Cashmere, the owners of the high profile Brunello Cucinelli stores in London’s West End that specialise in ladies designer cashmere separates from Perugia in Italy have selected Eurostop to supply its new Retail Management Information System. Eurostop’s e-rmis head office system and its e-pos till system will be installed at the retailer’s main shop in 3 Burlington Gardens in Mayfair and the second shop in Walton Street, Kensington.
Eurostop’s systems will be used to manage stock more efficiently across both shops, ensuring that the correct stock is in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand. The system will also be used to collect customer loyalty data at till point. The new system gives the retailer detailed reporting capabilities enabling them to monitor sales across both shops, automate replenishment, and analyse trends and profit margins.
Grace Wazen, at Brunello Cucinelli commented, “As we are expanding we needed a more efficient way to manage our stock, and our whole retail operation. We asked other retailers similar to ourselves what they used including Joseph, and they recommended Eurostop.”
Grace continued, “Customer loyalty has always been important to Brunello Cucinelli, and is more important than ever in current times. The Eurostop system will enable us to collect customer data easily, and then allow us to keep in contact with our customers, something that we believe they will appreciate – for instance when a new line comes in from Italy.”
Phillip Moylan, Sales and Marketing Manager at Eurostop Systems said; “Eurostop’s systems have been designed to help every size of retailer in the fashion, footwear and lifestyle sector, from independents with one shop to those with a hundred plus stores across UK and with several overseas operations. Our systems enable retailers like Brunello Cucinelli to manage stock efficiently, ensuring that they can maximise sales while minimising the amount of money tied up in stock, and to build close relationships with their customers, boosting brand loyalty.”
