Leading independent London boutique chain extends services for new and existing customers and launches the QA Talent Scout to showcase up and coming fashion industry stars Eurostop, a leading supplier of retail management solutions to the fashion, footwear, apparel and lifestyle sectors has developed a new online store for edgy, contemporary, independent boutique chain Question Air. The new look e-commerce site which is based on Eurostop’s e-commerce gives a clean, stream-lined look that better positions the retailer amongst its high-end competitors. The usability and functionality within the site has made shopping online easier and more enjoyable for customers.

The new site has a ‘recently viewed’ feature enabling customers to go back and forward as they compare items, and if they go off line, when they return the recently viewed items are preserved. The new ‘zoom’ function means that customers can easily see the fine detail of garments and accessories before buying. The site includes Designer Profiles alongside each new collection for every designer, and the site will be showcasing up and coming talent within the fashion industry with the new QA Talent Scout. Each month a new talent will be profiled, all areas of the industry will be represented including photography, styling, writing, hair and make-up artistry, creative direction and design.

The Question Air website is fully integrated with the retailer’s store stock management system, which is also supplied by Eurostop. This enables Question Air to easily keep track of stock across all six stores and on the website as well. Customers are able to sign up for a Question Air newsletter from the website, which keeps them up to date as new stock arrives, and with the latest special offers.
The system includes many features that allow the Question Air team to update the site themselves. The home page can be changed frequently for new promotions and product pushes, and the add page function enables the team to create special promotional pages which link either from the home page or from promotional emails.
Erica Hodgson, Head of Marketing at Question Air commented, “We have had some really positive feedback regarding the look and user friendliness of the new website already. We expect to see a steady increase in sales as we work to increase traffic to the site.”

Sye Razvi, Managing Director at Question Air said, “Since we originally implemented the Eurostop retail management system three years ago, the system has really helped with reporting. We are able to see clearly where stock is selling which in turn assists us season to season with our buying strategy. The new website has enabled us to generate a presence outside the immediate London locations and move the Question Air brand into an international market.”

Phillip Moylan, Sales and Marketing Manager at Eurostop said, “At Eurostop we are keen to provide as full a service as possible to our retailers, enabling them to concentrate on building their businesses. Having a fully integrated system for head office, tills, e-commerce and stock management enables our customers to see exactly how their business is performing which supports their decision making processes.”
