Orelia increases jewellery sales in Topshop outlets with retail systems from Eurostop

Independant retailer of unique designer costume jewellery and accessories invests in retail management system to support ambitious growth plans

Orelia, an independent designer and retailer of a new range of eclectic, affordable jewellery has invested in a retail management system from Eurostop. Orelia creates costume jewellery with Swarovski crystals, semi precious stones and beautiful charms for style savvy women, selling the items through concessions in Topshop stores throughout the UK. Using Eurostop’s e-rmis management system, Orelia manages all stock sales at it’s head office from it’s concessions and website.

The investment supports the company’s plans to expand with it’s standalone stores in the future with the first store expected in Brighton.

Orelia said, “As a new, small company we began by tracking and managing stock manually, but with our concession business in the Topshop stores rapidly expanding, we needed to have a more robust and accurate system in place. Eurostop’s solution has given us a much more efficient stock control system for store replenishment and re-ordering, as well as in-depth sales analysis to help us buy for the new seasons. Our managers have found it very easy to use as a management tool, which has made our processes more efficient. The new system supports our plans to open stand alone stores in the future.”

Concession sales are captured at the Topshop’s till points, with the data passed to Orelia for stock management. Manangers at Orelia’s head office use the system to monitor and manage the sales data, identifying hot sellers, monitoring stock flows and reordering items to meet customer demand.
