Epos Gift Accounts and Loyalty
Gift Accounts are available on the epos till. The epos till has a online ADSL connection back to Head Office so that gift accounts and gift vouchers are updated immediately against the customer account.
Customer Loyalty is available at the point of sale so that staff can view customers’ purchase history. This is sent to Head Office who can target the customers through marketing campaigns. The customer filter criteria is defined by Head Office to appear on the till. Functions include linking customer loyalty accounts with promotions, post-code search etc.
